Shipping

*Please note our standard shipping timelines have changed due to COVID-19. With a limited crew and diminished capabilities, there are continued lag times in shipping out orders.
  • Because all items are handmade, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be fulfilled, and 2-3 business days to receive your order after your order is shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Yes, all packages are assigned a tracking number once processed and fulfilled. As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive an email or text confirmation with the tracking number included.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY INDIVIDUALLY PURCHASED ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be handcrafted with an additional 2-3 business days of shipping for them to arrive.

We ship worldwide.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Domestic (U.S.) shipping is $6.00 for orders under $30 and free for orders $30 and up. For international rates, refer to the following table:

  • 0 - 5 lbs: $20
  • 5.1 - 10 lbs: $35
  • 10.1 - 20 lbs: $50
  • 20.1 - 30 lbs: $65
  • 30.1 - 44 lbs: $80

The same shipping costs apply for retail and wholesale customers.

HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping time can vary and can take anywhere from 7-14 days to arrive. For those countries that charge customs/taxes on imported goods, Majestic Intentions LLC is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees. Therefore, it is the duty of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Please keep a copy of your order confirmation email so you can refer to tracking information. If the order status notes that the package has been delivered, your first course of action should be to contact your local post office. Carriers will sometimes hide packages in inconspicuous places, or keep them in their mail room for pickup.

If you still cannot find your package, we will honor first-time missing packages with a replacement. Please contact info@majesticintentions.com with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery. The second time or any time thereafter, you must provide accurate documentation that you have opened a case with your local post office to locate the missing package. 

Please note: Majestic Intentions is not responsible for shipment issues or lost packages. If you have had issues in the past with shipments, we highly recommend using a third-party service like Route to ensure your packages arrive safely and securely. *

Returns & Exchanges

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT OPTION?
No, we do not exchange individually purchased products. We do not accept jewelry or other items sold unless damaged or broke. 

WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
In the rare chance that your products in your order arrive damaged please notify us at info@majesticintentions.com within 5 days so we can ship out replacements for you immediately.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
